Rednexwear ”Ticket Out of Here” giveaway Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OF REDNEXWEAR GEAR WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Eligibility: Promotion open only to legal U.S. residents of AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, MT, NV, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA and WA of the age of majority or older in their state of residence. Officers, Directors and employees of Malibull Interests, LP dba Rednexwear or any of either’s affiliated companies, subsidiaries, successors, immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and/or persons living in the same household as such employees, whether related or not, and of any advertising or promotion agencies, service providers, prize suppliers, or any other persons/entities directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter and/or win a prize. How to Enter: Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM EDT on July 4, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on December 31, 2007 ("Contest Period"). To enter, visit www.rednexwear.com and complete the online Official Entry Form. Limit one entry per person. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Promotion if, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, it becomes technically corrupted, and judge entries from the eligible online entries received prior to cancellation. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Winner Selections: Runner-up and the Grand Prize Winners will be selected in random drawings held on or about January 1, 2008 by the Promotion’s Administrator from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning Runner-up or Grand Prizes depend on actual number of eligible entries received. Prizes: Runner-up Prizes: 50 Runner-up Prize winners will receive a Gift bag of Rednexwear gear. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a round-trip ticket to any location Southwest Airlines flies. Some blackout restrictions may apply in accordance with Southwest Airlines rules and regulations of Rewarded flights. ARV of Prizes: Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Runner-up Prize: $25. ARV of the Grand Prize: $700. ARV of total Prizes: $1950.00. Winner Notification/ Prize Claims: Sponsor will notify Prize Winners by email within 3 days after drawing. If the Prize Winner cannot be reached after reasonable effort has been exerted, such person will be disqualified and an alternate potential Prize Winner will be selected via random drawing. Prize Winners will be required to complete and submit an affidavit of eligibility/liability, and where legal, an advertising/publicity release within 7 business days of receipt of the affidavit from Administrator. If for any reason a Prize Winner is deemed ineligible, or does not complete and return the required documents, prize may be forfeited and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries. Prize Restrictions: No substitution, assignment or transfer of a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or comparable value. Any and all taxes and/or fees associated with prize receipt and use are the sole responsibility of each winner. Limit of one prize per person. All prizes will be awarded. Additional Terms: Acceptance of a Prize and/or the Grand Prize constitute permission to use such Prize Winner’s name, biographical information, voice and/or likeness for Sponsor’s promotional and/or advertising purposes without notice or further compensation, unless legally prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules of this Promotion and the decisions of the Administrator are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor, and award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to the action requiring such cancellation, modification or suspension. Limitation of Liability: Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor not responsible for any lost, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, or whom the Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby agree to release and hold Sponsor harmless from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, settlements or judgments arising out of or relating to entrant’s entry, participation in this Promotion, participation in any prize-related activities, or use or misuse of any prizes awarded hereunder. Sponsor and Administrator, and all of their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed entries or entry attempts, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Promotion.
